Our Mission
is to use nanotechnologies to form production of a new
type and develop a new generation of products
aimed at improving living conditions and quality of life of people.
Our goal
is to accumulate the critical mass of scientific and technological
developments as well as financial, professional and other resources and to
create the basis for the development of a new branch of industry - nanoindustry.
Basic principles of the Concern activities
Consolidation of efforts based on:
mutually beneficial partnership; strategy of marketing; integration of scientific and technical potential and
efforts to implement promising innovation projects; attraction of funds and facilities
from various sources and their efficient use for project implementation.
Openness that includes cooperation with:
Russian and foreign experts, developers, producers, state and
financial structures, investors and educational organizations interested in business
cooperation in the sphere of nanotechnologies; international organizations and foundations
that support the development of nanoindustry.
- To implement the Comprehensive Target Programme "Formation
and Development of the Basis for Nanoindustry".
- To promote research and production cooperation
among enterprises, research institutes and institutes of higher education in the sphere of nanotechnologies.
- To establish market for nanoproduction and attract non-government funds
and investments to nanoindustry.
- To organize commercialization process for innovation development
works and inventions in the sphere of nanotechnologies on
a professional basis (including preparation for commercialization, marketing, customs
procedures execution, contract drafting, technology transfer, etc.).
- To organize new high-tech production and create employment
for skilled specialists.
- To develop educational and training programmes for specialists
of enterprises and institutions
in the sphere of nanotechnologies; to educate a new generation of specialists with different
levels of qualification; to establish centers for joint use and
school laboratories to undertake this task.
- To offer consulting, information and other services related to business
development in the field of nanotechnologies to Russian and foreign companies.
