Let nanovanguard be! 500 to 800 thousand Russian scientists have found job abroad in the last ten years according to information of trade union of Russian scientists. Those who could constitute the pick of domestic nanotechnology are among them. Nowadays, when the state has declared that 100 to 150 thousand specialists in the field of nanotechnologies should be trained by 2015, it is necessary to answer the question about how to provide job for them so that they are not lost for the future nanoindustry.
